Project type
Elopement
Date
October 27th 2022
Location
Iceland
As Sulene and Dylan left the warm, sandy beaches of South Africa behind and ventured towards the mystical land of Icelan, they knew that they were in for an adventure like no other. They were captivated by the rugged, otherworldly landscapes that stretched out before them, each one more breathtaking than the last.
We took them on a journey through the stunning South Coast of Iceland, capturing each moment of their intimate elopement in a way that would transport them back to that magical day for years to come. Sulene and Dylan's first look was in the midst of a vast lava field, surrounded by towering mountains and the steamy hot springs that make Iceland such a unique and mesmerising place.
As they exchanged their vows in the heart of Hvolsvöllur, they were surrounded by some of the most dramatic landscapes on earth. The sky seemed to stretch on forever, with the clouds drifting lazily over the towering peaks and the rugged cliffs that lined the coast.
Sulene and Dylan's journey through Iceland took them to some of the most iconic locations in the country, from the black sand beaches of Vik to the frozen glaciers that loomed on the horizon. With each stop on their adventure, they were met with a new and awe-inspiring landscape, one that seemed to be more magical and surreal than the last.
As their journey drew to a close, Sulene and Dylan knew that their elopement in Iceland had been the adventure of a lifetime. They had laughed and loved in the midst of some of the most dramatic landscapes on earth, surrounded by the raw power and beauty of nature. And as they looked back on their journey, they knew that they would always treasure the memories that they had made.
Sulene and Dylan were not just clients to us, they became our friends. We shared an unforgettable experience capturing their elopement in the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland, and we were honoured to be a part of their special day.
